Shipping & Returns
Orders placed on the trenchlesssupplyinc.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, and some international countries.
Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.
Orders placed before 2PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays and weekends.
Any orders over $500 may require an adult signature upon delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Please note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address, Puerto Rico or Guam.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 90 days after the date of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact our customer service department via email email@example.com and ask for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To process your return quickly please have the original order number available. After receiving an RMA, please wrap the package securely and note the RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an RMA. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. A re-boxing fee of $15.00 minimum, will be charged for products that are returned without the manufacturer's original box or if the box is damaged. All products will be inspected prior to approval. Any returns beyond 30 days will be issued in the form of a Trenchless Supply credit. Products that are used or have been installed are non-returnable. The returned product needs to be returned within 30 days of the date of the issued RMA number. Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight which must be pre-paid unless the return is due to an Trenchless Supply error. Only the cost of the product will be refunded - not the cost of freight, again unless due to an Trenchless Supply error.
