You may return any product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Returns beyond 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An item cannot be returned more than 90 days after the date of purchase. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact our customer service department via email service@Trenchless SupplyInc.com and ask for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA). To process your return quickly please have the original order number available. After receiving an RGA, please wrap the package securely and note the RGA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for products sent back to us without an RMA. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. A re-boxing fee of $15.00 minimum, will be charged for products that are returned without the manufacturers original box or if the box is damaged. All products will be inspected prior to approval. Any returns beyond 30 days will be issued in the form of an Trenchless Supply credit. Products that are used or have been installed are non-returnable. The returned product needs to be returned within 30 days of the date of the issued RGA number. Customer is responsible for the cost of return freight which must be pre-paid unless the return is due to an Trenchless Supply error. Only the cost of the product will be refunded - not the cost of freight, again unless due to an Trenchless Supply error.
