How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours dependent on current volume. Other points of delay can include insufficient available credit or a declined payment.

What is your return policy?

As a customer, you have 5 business days, beginning the day of shipment delivery to notify Trenchless Supply Inc of any discrepancies.

Any damages must be reported to the delivery driver immediately upon delivery and an RMA requested via our Contact form.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

While we do offer expedited shipping on many of the items we carry, some items may have longer lead/transit times than others due to various reasons such as an being on backorder, hazmat/hazardous material transport, raw good availability, etc.
We do our best to fulfill items as quickly as possible and communicate any delays as soon as possible.

I can't seem to find the item I am looking for, do you even sell it?

Special order parts may not be posted in every size and variation. We always recommend reaching out to us via our live chat or contact form for any product inquiries as we likely can either help you or point you in the right direction of someone within our industry who can.

Why is my product pricing/discount not correct?

If this is your first order on our new website please reach out via our live chat or contact form with your name, email, and business name so our team can finalize your account set-up.

How do I apply for a credit line?

If you have yet to register for ResolvePay and are a new customer of ours, please follow the below link to register along with submitting your order. Your order will NOT be processed until your application with ResolvePay is submitted and approved. If your order is time sensitive and you are not yet a ResolvePay customer, we recommend utilizing other methods to check-out.
