Explore the installation methods contractors use to repair underground pipelines without excavation.
inspection & cleaning
Before any trenchless repair can begin, the pipeline must be properly inspected and prepared. Pipe inspection and cleaning equipment allows contractors to locate defects, remove buildup, and prepare pipe surfaces for rehabilitation methods such as lining, coating, or patch repair.
spot repairs
Spot repair is a targeted trenchless solution used to repair isolated sections of damaged pipe without replacing the entire line. Using inflatable packers and fiberglass repair materials, contractors can reinforce cracks, leaks, or small structural failures inside the pipeline.
spray & brush coating
Pipe coating is a trenchless rehabilitation method used to restore and protect existing pipelines by applying a semi-structural epoxy coating to the inside of the pipe. Using our coating equipment, contractors evenly distribute epoxy throughout the pipeline, creating a smooth and corrosion-resistant interior surface.
inversion lining
Inversion lining, commonly known as CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe), is a trenchless method used to fully rehabilitate pipelines by installing a resin-saturated liner inside the existing pipe. The liner is inverted into place using air or water pressure and then cured to create a new structural pipe within the old one.
