The NanoEasy is a compact, air-powered reinstatement cutter engineered for small to medium house connection pipes 3″ – 6″. Its slim 1.9" milling head and 90° bend flexibility let it navigate turns in 3" with ease, while the integrated color camera and steering-wheel controller—mounted right on the supply hose—give you precise, real-time visibility and control. With the standard 82 ft hose reel: the complete unit weighs just 100lb, respectively, for effortless transport and setup.

Inflation Bladders
Using compressed air, the cutter bladder can expand to lock in place while cutting. The front bladder can lift and turn side-to-side, to ensure tie-ins can be fully opened.
Powerful Air-Powered Motor
The cutter head runs on 30CFM @140PSI, which makes the head speed run at over 10k RPMs. Easily change cutter bits in under 30 seconds, with different bits for cutting concrete, pipe, foreign objects, and liner.
Integrated CCTV Monitoring
Built-in camera inside the cutter head with a 150° field of view lets you verify tie-in placement and cutting in real time from the control panel.
