Packer Size Options

QuickPatch LED packers come in a full range of diameters—from 3" up to 20"—so you can tackle any spot repair with the perfect fit. Each packer includes the same shadowless UV LED array and quick-connect fitting to the unit hose reel, letting you swap sizes on the fly without tools. Simply choose the packer that matches your pipe, lock it into the hose reel, and you’re ready to cure in minutes.

Each packer features an integrated, high-resolution camera tucked inside the lightcore. This lets you see exactly where your packer is positioned, so you can confirm full coverage before curing. And no matter which size you choose, you’ll get the same rapid 3–5 minute cure time, thanks to the uniform shadowless UV output built into every packer.
