Micro S Automatic Cutter
The Micro S Automatic is the beefed-up brother of the Micro S Light, packing a three-bladder stabilization system for rock-steady cutting in 3"-10″ pipes. While it won’t race down the line on its own, its inch-by-inch creeping function lets you advance a few inches at a time—so you maintain perfect control through bends and offsets. Compact yet mighty, it combines high-speed cutting, integrated LED illumination, and live-feed video to turn tight runs into precision work zones.
90° Cutting Head
Attach the 90° adapter head in front of the cutter to rotate the camera view perpendicular to the pipe wall—giving you a crystal-clear side-on perspective of every cut. This orientation not only enhances your visibility in tight spots but lets you push the cutter deeper for more thorough, edge-to-edge reinstatement.
Creeping Function
Using compressed air, the cutter bladder can expand to lock in place while cutting. The creeping function gives you inch-by-inch control through challenging sections. Engage the system to advance the robot just a few inches at a time—perfect for navigating tight bends, offsets, or delicate repairs. Combined with its three-bladder stabilization, creeping ensures every cut is precise and on-target, without having to manually move the cutter hose.
Powerful Air-Powered Motor
The cutter head runs on 35CFM @140PSI, which makes the head speed run at over 10k RPMs. Easily change cutter bits in under 30 seconds, with different bits for cutting concrete, pipe, foreign objects, and liner.
Integrated CCTV Monitoring
Built-in camera inside the cutter head with a 150° field of view lets you verify tie-in placement and cutting in real time from the control panel. With the Micro S Automatic, the front cutter can spin a continuous 360° for optimal visual.
Three-Bladder Stabilization
Harness the power of our patented three-bladder stabilization system to lock the robot in place before each cut. By inflating three independent bladders around the pipe wall, the Micro S Automatic achieves rock-solid anchoring—eliminating drift and vibration for pinpoint accuracy on every rotation.
