BC Comp B Epoxy
BC Epoxy Resin is a high-viscosity, styrene-free epoxy system designed for CIPP pipe rehabilitation and in-house pipe relining applications. The resin is engineered to provide excellent liner impregnation while maintaining controlled flow characteristics, making it especially effective in vertical pipe installations such as building stacks and floor drains.
Unlike low-viscosity systems, the BC epoxy formulation is designed so the resin does not run from the liner into branch connections, helping maintain consistent saturation and liner thickness during the wet-out and installation process. The resin is commonly used for gravity pipelines, building sewer stacks, and internal drain rehabilitation, where controlled resin flow and strong cured structural performance are essential.
BC epoxy buckets are available with multiple working time (pot life) options to suit different project sizes and installation conditions.
Available Pot Life Options
30 Minute Pot Life – 4hr Cure Time @77°F
60 Minute Pot Life – 12hr Cure Time @77°F
Technical Specifications
Heat resistance:
Short-term ring stiffness (EN ISO 9969)
8.34 kN/m² (4" pipe, wall thickness 3.8 mm)
Durability / Service Life
50 years (at an average operating temperature of +59 °F)
BC Epoxy Resin requires Part A resin and Part B hardener to be mixed together in the correct ratio. Part A is required for the chemical curing reaction — without Part A the epoxy will not cure.*
